Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Conduct

  • Ensure all activities align with company policies, principles, and customer code of conduct, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
  • Willingly undertake additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management or supervisors, in line with individual competencies.

2. Production Planning & Coordination

  • Lead and support PPIC Supervisors to achieve
    OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
    and
    SCP (Supply Chain Performance)
    targets through accurate production planning.
  • Review and maintain
    Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, Master Data
    , and other PPIC-related documentation.
  • Oversee and summarize daily and weekly PPIC performance reports.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement initiatives
    and ensure effective implementation within the PPIC department.

3. Capacity Planning & Master Production Scheduling

  • Conduct
    capacity planning
    to ensure production capability aligns with forecasted demand, preventing potential bottlenecks.
  • Update and present capacity plans in weekly meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the
    Master Production Schedule (MPS)
    for each tooling, coordinating closely with the PPIC Supervisor for execution.

4. Inventory Management

  • Monitor and control
    buffer stock levels
    to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages or overstock.

5. Administration & Digital Transformation

  • Initiate and develop
    IoT-based process improvements
    to enhance PPIC performance and digital efficiency.
  • Supervise department-wide activities using
    Power BI
    for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

6. Cross-Department Communication & Problem Solving

  • Collaborate effectively with related departments to resolve issues concerning
    new projects, demand planning, handover progress, preventive maintenance, material availability, and tooling readiness
    .
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-up on all corrective actions.

7. Subcontracting & Printing Process Management

  • Evaluate and manage
    subcontractor and printing capacity
    to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Coordinate orders, resolve process-related issues, and monitor subcontractor performance to meet company quality and delivery standards.

8. Training & Team Development

  • Conduct
    internal training and refresh sessions
    for PPIC team members.
  • Share knowledge, mentor staff, and enhance team capability in planning and production management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in
    production planning or PPIC management
    .
  • Proficient in
    OMS, Hydra, O2, and Winline Extension
    systems.
  • Strong in Pivot, Look Up, Makro, or Querry.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
