  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Kimia, Manajemen Operasional, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja 5–10 tahun di industri manufaktur, lebih diutamakan pernah menjadi Production Manager / Plant Manager / Factory Manager.
  • Memahami konsep Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, dan Continuous Improvement.
  • Mampu menyusun dan mengelola budget pabrik, cost control, dan efisiensi produksi.
  • Menguasai perencanaan produksi (PPIC), manajemen material, dan supply chain.
  • Memahami sistem ISO (9001, 14001, dan standar K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja).
  • Menguasai pengelolaan mesin, perawatan (maintenance), dan troubleshooting operasional pabrik.
  • Mampu membaca dan menganalisis Laporan Produksi, OEE, KPI produksi, downtime, dan waste reduction.
  • Penguasaan ERP / sistem manufaktur (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, atau sejenisnya).
