As our
SAP MM/WM Functional Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind efficient purchasing, accurate inventory control, and seamless warehouse operations — all while ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & optimize
    SAP MM (Materials Management)
    and
    SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
    modules.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes from PR, PO, GR to invoice verification.
  • Ensure accurate master data and batch traceability with FIFO/FEFO compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, PPIC, QA, and IT teams.
  • Support regulatory compliance (BPOM, ISO, GMP, GxP).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/WM, including proven involvement in SAP implementation or roll-out projects and prior experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Passionate about driving process efficiency, system optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance..
