Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Melakukan input dan pembaruan data penjualan serta informasi pelanggan dengan akurat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales, logistik, dan produksi untuk memastikan kelancaran proses operasional.
- Memastikan penerapan sistem FIFO (First In, First Out) dalam pengelolaan bahan baku dan barang jadi.
- Menyusun dan memperbarui laporan penjualan, jadwal pengiriman, dan dokumen terkait lainnya.
- Mendukung tim sales dalam proses pembuatan penawaran harga, pemesanan, serta tindak lanjut pengiriman.
- Memantau stok barang dan menginformasikan kebutuhan material kepada departemen terkait.
- Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan dan antar departemen.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun di posisi administrasi penjualan atau posisi serupa.
- Memiliki kemampuan organisasi dan multitasking yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel, Word, dan sistem ERP.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Memahami dasar-dasar manajemen persediaan dan koordinasi logistik menjadi nilai tambah.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki sikap kerja yang proaktif.
