Sales Administration

Key Responsibilities :
· Offer products and follow up with customers
· Prepare proforma invoices and sales contracts
· Send quotations and negotiate prices with customers
· Handle customer inquiries and provide required documents
· Arrange sample requests and share AWB details with customers
· Receive customer complaints and forward them to the relevant team
· Input order details into the Order Management System
· Maintain data of all active or potential customers
· Coordinate with the shipping team for goods release and delivery
· Coordinate with the finance team regarding payments
· Monitor and request sugar sample stock from the factory when needed
· Archive sample shipments, store retained samples, and record sample codes from the factory
· Follow up on QA/QC documents (statements, questionnaires, lab results, etc.) and ensure all are up to date
Qualifications :
· Native or Professional English
· Good communication and administrative/organizational skills
· Experienced and have a good understanding of the sales process and Incoterms
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B
· Able to work effectively both individually and in a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Must be good in Mathematics
