Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager RAC (Residential Air Conditioning) located in Greater Medan with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager RAC will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying market trends, analyzing sales performance, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager RAC will also collaborate with other departments to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of market trends, and experience in market analysis and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the electronics or HVAC industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
