ABOUT THE COMPANY

PT Dexin Steel Indonesia (DSI) is a leading steel manufacture in South East Asia producing semi-finished and finished steel product for Indonesian and global market including SEA, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe. We are a joint venture company between Delong Group, Shanghai Decent Investment (Group), PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Ningbo Jianghong Trading and Hanwa Group. Our production facility is located in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia and it has capacity of seven metric tons which to time is the biggest steel production capacity within SEA region. As of 2025 we have workforce more than 9000 full time employee.

We are looking for an Ocean Freight Operator to handle daily shipment operations, prepare and check shipping documents, coordinate with shipping lines and internal teams, monitor bookings and delivery schedules, and ensure all shipment data is accurate and on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, at least HSK 4 is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply :)
