Customs Ocean Freight – Field Operation Staff

Job Description:


• Receive SPPB documents from the documentation team.


• Obtain trucking details and cargo arrival information from the documentation staff.


• Notify the documentation team when the trucking has arrived.


• Inform the documentation staff of any document shortages or issues at the warehouse.


• Carry out label checking on incoming goods.


• Perform Gete processing at the TPS.


• Monitor cargo movement until it is received by the importer.


• Provide the original received storage documents to the documentation team.


• Ensure timely completion of the "tutup bon" process.


• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications:


• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Transportation or Logistics.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.


• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is required.


• Strong understanding of operations management, customer service, and communication skills.


• English proficiency at least above basic level.


• Willing to work on Saturdays.


• Placement: Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
