We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the paper core & paper packaging industry to join and grow with our company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, especially in paper core, paper packaging, or industrial paper products.
  • Strong experience in handling the B2B market.
  • Able to work as an individual contributor (hunter) as well as lead a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Accustomed to market development, canvassing, client visits, and intensive follow-ups.
  • Willing to work in Bogor.
  • Strong leadership, target-oriented, and highly responsible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the B2B market and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, evaluate, and develop the performance of the sales team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
