We provide essential healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies worldwide, including specimen collection tools, test tubes, biohazard bags, gloves, and more.

We are expanding our digital marketing and e-commerce presence across multiple platforms — including our official website, Walmart, Amazon, and eBay — as well as social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to strengthen our global brand visibility and online sales growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing / E-commerce Support Specialist to join our remote marketing team. The ideal candidate will be based in Indonesia and passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and online sales growth.

You will manage product listings, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze performance data to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions across e-commerce platforms and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms, including website, Walmart, Amazon, and eBay.
• Write, edit, and update accurate product titles, descriptions, and images following brand guidelines.
• Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve online visibility and product ranking.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support PPC, paid social media advertising, and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithms related to e-commerce and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online sales operations.
• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and e-commerce management.
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms: Wix, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay.
• Proficiency in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to interpret insights and take action.
• Based in Indonesia with a reliable PC/laptop and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work fixed hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MYT / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM WIB (Monday to Friday).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing tools.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Basic HTML/CSS or graphic design knowledge.
• Familiarity with SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and analytics reporting.
• Experience in social media content planning or product storytelling.
