Ever Lasting is a women-owned, sustainable e-commerce brand specializing in home décor and lifestyle. Our internship program gives students and early-career professionals real-world marketing experience across fast-moving digital teams.

Role Overview

As our People & Operations Intern, you'll support program management, HR processes, and operational documentation to keep teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Notion boards, trackers, and documentation.
  • Draft and maintain SOPs.
  • Assist with onboarding and recruitment logistics.
  • Support HR data collection and best practices research.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or project tools.
  • Interest in HR, operations, or program management.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Airtable, Notion, or HR systems.
  • Coursework in HR, management, or business admin.
  • Knowledge of compliance or analytics basics.
