Clinsam Enterprise (AS U), doing business as Lab Med USA, is an international distributor of clinical laboratory and wound-care supplies. We supply essential healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies worldwide.

We are expanding our online presence and improving our product visibility across multiple e-commerce platforms, including our official website, Walmart, Amazon, and eBay, as well as social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Support to join our growing remote team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior-level candidates interested in e-commerce operations, product listing management, and online marketplace coordination.

You will assist with updating product listings, monitoring platform performance, and supporting daily operations across our online stores.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Manage, update, and maintain product listings on our website, Walmart, Amazon, and eBay.
• Write and edit product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
• Upload, categorize, and organize product images according to brand guidelines.
• Conduct basic keyword research to improve listing visibility.
• Check for listing errors, stock discrepancies, or policy issues and report them promptly.

Content & Coordination

• Assist with preparing product content for social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and accurate product information.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor product and listing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, or internal reports.
• Identify trends, low-performing listings, and opportunities for improvement.

General Support

• Stay updated on e-commerce guidelines and marketplace requirements.
• Assist with daily online store activities and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in e-commerce support, online store operations, or related work
• (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Wix, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or eBay.
• Basic understanding of product listing standards and e-commerce best practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Reliable PC/laptop and stable internet connection.
• Must be based in Indonesia.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MYT / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM WIB (Monday–Friday).

• You must work from a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from noise, distractions, and interruptions.
• You must stay online, reachable, and responsive during working hours.
• If you need to step away from your desk (e.g., break, restroom, short errand), you must inform your supervisor or team chat before leaving.
• Being away for 10 minutes or more without notice, or failing to respond to messages, will be recorded as an unexcused absence.
• Repeated unexcused absences may lead to formal warnings and possible termination for attendance violations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings (no campaign experience required).
• Experience with simple data analysis or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with social media posting or product content creation.
• Interest or background in healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical products.
