Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Event professional, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role includes planning, organizing, and executing various events to meet organizational objectives and client expectations. Responsibilities also involve event marketing, managing client communications, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the sales team to promote event success.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in event creative direction, concepting, and storytelling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event flow, audience journey, and program sequencing.
  • Hands-on experience in show management, including cue calling, rundown structuring, talent coordination, and real-time decision-making.
  • Solid knowledge of technical and production aspects, such as staging, lighting, sound, multimedia, LED integration, and overall show mechanics.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with production teams, designers, and clients to ensure a unified creative vision.
  • Proven capability to transform ideas into high-impact experiences that are visually compelling, well-structured, and operationally sound.
  • I thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems with a creative mindset, and ensure that every event — whether corporate, exhibition, activation, or awarding — delivers a memorable and seamless experience.
