Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Creative Design Intern to support Pancake's Indonesia Marketing Team in producing high-quality social media and event assets. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to create visuals that strengthen brand awareness, boost engagement, and generate qualified leads.

Ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand execution in a global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce visual content for social media (feeds, Stories, carousels, Reels).
  • Design event materials such as posters, countdowns, and teaser visuals.
  • Edit and create educational videos, promo clips, and event recaps.
  • Join brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Visual Communication/Graphic Design or related fields (others welcome with portfolio).
  • Available for a 3-month internship.
  • Portfolio demonstrating skills for IG and TikTok content.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe, basic video editing skills for Reels/TikTok.
  • Willing to learn and open to feedback.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills; able to communicate in English for cross-country coordination.

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to shoot content independently.
  • Experience with motion graphics or simple animation is an additional plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian social media trends and content styles.
