Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tenant Relation Manager. This role involves Look for potential tenant, managing tenant relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the operational excellence of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Leasing: Identifying and attracting potential tenants that align with the mall's zoning and target market.
  • Lease Agreements: Prepare and finalize lease documents, ensuring compliance with property standards and regulations.
  • Tenant Relations Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve tenant complaints related to facilities, utilities, and other operational matters.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing tenant engagement activities and promotional events to enhance community relations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations or customer service within the property or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience from any Compound Space is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
