We're Hiring: Creative Lead at Feal

Feal is looking for a new Creative Lead — someone who can shape the future of our visuals and brand storytelling. If beauty campaigns, packaging design, and creative direction are your world, we'd love to meet you 

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong graphic design skills

across multiple mediums: illustrations, visual merchandising, creative decks, packaging, and more
- Someone experienced in leading or working on beauty brand campaigns — from creative direction to photoshoot
- A deep understanding of
Feal's brand identity

— someone who can bring consistency across all touchpoints while evolving the brand's creative direction
- A strong creative eye, passion for design, and a curiosity for what's next in beauty and aesthetics

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage Feal's creative direction

and visual strategy across
all brand touchpoints

  • from campaigns, to packaging, to Instagram feeds, to digital content and events.
  • Ensure Feal's brand aesthetic is consistent across all platforms
  • Lead
    end-to-end creative management

for
brand campaigns

— from ideation and creative direction to vendor coordination and production, to completion of all assets
- Design and develop
packaging designs

for products, including creating mock-ups and
detailed designs with measurements t

hat can be sent to vendors
- Take the lead in
visual merchandising design

, spanning product displays, event visuals, retail, and branded experiences
- Design key visuals and assets

for Feal's digital and offline needs, supported by Feal's creative associates
- Manage and communicate with
external creative vendors

— from coordination and design reviews to production and final output, while keeping with brand timelines
- Supervise and guide Feal's
creative associates

, ensuring all creative output aligns with Feal's brand direction
- Stay updated on design and cultural trends to keep Feal's aesthetic fresh and relevant

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom

, and other Adobe tools for logo design, packaging design, product mock-ups, illustrating, etc.
- Proficiency in illustrating applications such as Procreate
- Skilled in
Canva

for quick and efficient creative work
- Able to
work efficiently under deadlines

while delivering
thoughtful, high-quality output
- Minimum
3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Minimum
2 years of experience

managing or directly executing creative campaigns and photoshoots
- Excellent
collaboration and communication skills
