Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 jurusan Akuntansi/Ekonomi dan sejenisnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 Tahun sebagai Supervisor di Finance/Accounting.
  • Lebih disukai berpengalaman di industri F&B.
  • Lebih disukai berpengalaman menggunakan sistem ESB.
  • Terampil dalam menggunakan Excel.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kemang, Jakarta Selatan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengawasi dan mengontrol seluruh aktivitas Account Receivable (AR) seperti penagihan, pencatatan pembayaran, dan rekonsiliasi data piutang outlet dan customer Perusahaan.
  • Memastikan ketepatan dan kecepatan terkait posting data AR serta tepat waktu.
  • Melakukan penaikan data PDU dan Void jika terdapat pengajuan.
  • Melakukan update mengenai promo, discount dan Ads yang sedang berjalan.
  • Melakukan approval terhadap simple sales dan menyiapkan report sales setiap bulannya.
  • Melakukan monitoring aging piutang secara rutin seperti mingguan dan bulanan, serta melakukan analisa terhadap piutang jatuh tempo.
  • Menangani dispute atau selisih tagihan dan dan memastikan koreksi dicatat dengan benar.
  • Memastikan kesesuaian rekonsiliasi data penjualan dan penerimaan kas seperti laporan penjualan outlet, transfer bank, dan pencatatan sistem AR.
  • Menyusun laporan piutang dan cash collection harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
  • Menganalisa tren piutang dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan
  • Membina dan mengembangkan tim AR.
  • Koordinasi lintas departemen (Operasional, SPC, Accounting, Warehouse, dan yang terkait).
  • Mengoptimalkan penggunaan sistem AR (ESB) atau software keuangan untuk efisiensi pencatatan dan monitoring.
  • Menjalankan tugas lainnya yang berkaitan dengan AR
