Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain project timelines, ensuring all campaigns and deliverables stay on schedule.
  2. Coordinate between Brand Manager, Account Manager, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams.
  3. Track resource allocation and workflow capacity across the agency.
  4. Lead weekly project status meetings, highlighting risks or bottlenecks.
  5. Prepare project reports and status updates for the Marketing Director.
  6. Document project learnings, ensuring smoother processes for future campaigns.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Communications.
  2. 2–4 years experience in project management or coordination, ideally in an agency setting.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, ).

  2. Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  3. Detail-oriented with ability to spot risks early.
