PT LZWL Motors Indonesia, the largest supplier for PT SGMW Indonesia (WULING MOTORS), is strategically located in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) at Zone B block BA No.2, Kota Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java. The company, with an investment exceeding $30 million, specializes in producing automotive chassis parts including front axles, epicorium, and sub-frames, as well as stamping and welding components such as front and rear beams. As a subsidiary of Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd., established in 1958 in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, PT LZWL Motors upholds stringent safety and quality standards. Notably, Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd. became a part of SGMW on November 18, 2002, through a collaboration with SAIC Motor Co., Ltd. and General Motors. The company is dedicated to maintaining exceptional service standards, supported by regular training programs. Recently, in 2023 and 2024, We expanded its customer base, adding notable clients such as Ingress and Chery.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing company documents

  • Supporting the General Manager's daily operations

  • Coordinating reports to government agencies

  • Acting as the main communication liaison across departments

  • Also assists in warehouse inventory and 5S management

  • Supports internal and external audits

  • Helps achieve departmental performance indicators

  • Completes other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & experience

  • Able to use English proficiently, both spoken and written. (Mandarin preferred)
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 years of GA Admin experience (Manufacture industry preferred)
  • Basic understanding of company regulations, permits, or government reporting is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management or 5S is a plus.
  • Experience in handling document management, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and cross-department coordination.
  • Experience working with government institutions (BKPM, Immigration, Manpower Office) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in warehouse inventory, purchasing, or vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Experience supporting audit (internal/external) is an added benefit
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
  • Basic understanding of company regulations, permits, or government reporting is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management or 5S is a plus.
