Description

As a HSE Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on workplace safety practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of safety procedures, incidents, and compliance reports.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance overall workplace safety.

Profile

A successful HSE Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in safety management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address safety concerns effectively.
  • Capability to work collaboratively and influence a safety-first culture.
