About the role

NBT Coal is seeking an experienced Compliance & Operations System Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the company's operations adhere to industry regulations and best practices. As the Compliance & Operations System Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our compliance and operations systems, playing a crucial part in upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across our mining activities.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Capable and experienced in preparing RKAB (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya) will be preferred
  • Prepare the regular reports to the government
  • Proven experience in developing and controlling Mining Safety Management Systems
  • Experienced in implementing and controlling KPLH activities
  • Certificates in Internal Auditor SMKP, POP/POM, TOT, and other relevant HSE certifications is a plus point
  • Placement : South Jakarta
