Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Driver Operations Supervisor based in Denpasar. The Driver Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and support the driver team, and ensure efficient dispatch and coordination. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, handling driver schedules, conducting performance evaluations, resolving operational issues, and maintaining open communication with drivers and the management team. While the primary location is Denpasar.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Proficiency in Operations and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the tourism or transportation industry is a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
