About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Bar & Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations across our bar and dining floor. This dual role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. You'll ensure top-quality service, maintain smooth coordination between teams, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Bar Supervision:

  • Lead daily bar operations, ensuring readiness and smooth service
  • Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering of beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness, bar setup, and compliance with health & safety standards
  • Train and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotions, and events

2) Floor Supervision:

  • Ensure the floor is guest-ready and service runs seamlessly throughout shifts
  • Supervise front-of-house staff, including waiters and runners, to uphold service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally
  • Coordinate between the bar, kitchen, and floor teams to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Support scheduling, training, and daily briefings for front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Solid knowledge of bar operations, beverages, and service standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
