About the Role

Studio Mandarin is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who is passionate about education and communication. This role focuses on promoting Studio Mandarin language programs, engaging prospective students, and driving enrollment growth through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities


• Promote Studio Mandarin programs and actively engage with potential customers


• Build strong relationships and convert leads into successful enrollments


• Explain course programs, schedules, pricing, and learning outcomes clearly and persuasively


• Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets


• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents


• Support marketing activities such as education fairs, school visits, trial classes, and promotional events


• Plan and execute marketing activities, both online and offline


• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions


• Support brand awareness initiatives and contribute to overall business growth

Who We Are Looking For


• Strong communication and persuasion skills


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields


• Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing

(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
