Business Development/Sales Executive

Qualification:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and event management sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and associations
- Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the MICE or hospitality industry (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong network and understanding of the corporate events landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Self-driven, professional, and proactive team player
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
