Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. As the Head of Social Media and KOL, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships, and overseeing media planning and execution. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure all communication and campaigns align with the brand's objectives and engage the target audience effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Media Strategy and Media Planning, with the ability to design and implement impactful campaigns.
  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build relationships and effectively convey brand messaging.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, analytics, and audience engagement.
  • Experienced in managing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
