About The Role

We're an exciting
new FMCG brand

preparing to launch in Indonesia, inspired by the energy of K-Culture and designed for Gen Z and millennials. We're looking for a
Social Media Specialist

to join our growing team who can turn insights and trends into storytelling that connects with people. You'll manage our social media presence, execute campaigns, and collaborate with KOLs to make every post feel real and relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, post, and monitor daily content that aligns with brand direction and storytelling tone
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and brand teams to bring ideas to life
  • Coordinate and manage KOL/influencer collaborations
  • Analyze and report social media performance (engagement, reach, growth, sentiment)
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for upcoming campaigns
  • Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments to identify new opportunities for the brand
  • Engage with followers and communities to maintain a genuine online presence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital content (experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or creative industries is a Plus)
  • Understanding of analytics, influencer marketing, and community engagement
  • Hands-on with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or other scheduling/monitoring platforms
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and coordination skills
  • Creative, organized, and proactive — with a keen eye for detail and cultural trends
  • Knowledge about K-Culture (K-Drama, K-Pop, lifestyle, trends) is a Plus
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Korean language knowledge is also a Plus
  • Based in Jakarta
