Job Responsibilities

1. Product Management

  • Manage product setup on marketplaces, including product upload, photos, descriptions, categories, variations, pricing, and attributes.
  • Optimize Product Detail Pages (PDP) through strong visual presentation and marketplace SEO.
  • Perform regular product listing checks and maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide product performance analysis and insights based on sales and traffic data.

2. Store & Inventory Operation

  • Ensure stock availability accuracy across all platforms through close coordination with the warehouse team.
  • Manage daily store operations on marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure chat performance, shipping, complaints, and returns meet platform SLAs.

3. Campaign & Price Execution

  • Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and vouchers based on management direction.
  • Ensure all promotional activities run on time and according to the planned schedule.
  • Prepare assets and conduct campaign, promotion, and exposure submission to each marketplace.

4. Live Commerce & Affiliate Management

  • Manage affiliate programs across marketplaces.
  • Prepare and manage live streaming operations, including live schedules, host coordination, pricing, stock availability, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor live and affiliate performance for continuous optimization.

5. Advertising & CPAS Management

  • Manage and optimize paid marketplace advertising to drive traffic, exposure, and conversions.
  • Manage CPAS to expand reach and improve overall sales performance.
  • Monitor advertising performance daily and provide optimization recommendations based on campaign results.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience handling makeup and/or fragrance products is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with major marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or Lazada.
  • Solid understanding of product setup, store operations, campaign execution, pricing, ads, live streaming, and affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, proactive, and highly target-driven.
  • Able to work well individually and in a fast-paced team environment.
