We are opening a 
Head of HR position for our client, Lifted Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Lifted Medical Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced Head of HR to strengthen and lead people and culture practices in a growing premium medical aesthetic environment.

This role focuses on building a healthy, aligned, and high-performing workplace culture while ensuring people practices consistently support clinical excellence and a refined patient experience. The Head of HR will work closely with the Management Team to foster trust, professionalism, and long-term team sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture Development

  • Build and nurture a respectful, collaborative, and performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Embed Lifted's premium service values and patient-centric mindset into everyday ways of working.
  • Design and support initiatives that strengthen engagement, accountability, and team alignment.

People Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted people partner to leaders on day-to-day people matters.
  • Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and people-related situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning and people-related considerations.

People Operations

  • Establish and refine people policies, guidelines, and HR processes aligned with organizational growth.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment for medical and non-medical roles, ensuring strong culture and service fit.
  • Support onboarding and integration to help new hires adapt smoothly to Lifted's standards and values.
  • Provide HR support in payroll-related coordination with the Finance team to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and timely processing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, hospitality, or other premium service environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Prior experience in People & Culture, HR, or people-focused leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams, either directly or through cross-functional collaboration
  • Exposure to working with medical professionals or service teams is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of people dynamics, engagement, and workplace culture
  • Able to balance empathy with firmness in managing people-related matters
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
