Job Description

  • Designing and implementing exploration programs, including geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical surveys, and drilling programs.
  • Managing a team of geologists and exploration staff to achieve project objectives within budget and timelines.
  • Overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accurate resource evaluation and reporting.
  • Preparing exploration budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

Requirement

  • A degree in Geology, Geosciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably in nickel.
  • Certification as a Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of exploration methodologies, resource modeling, and evaluation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
