Investment Manager

Job Description :

  • Explore the opportunities where company may make investment with descent returns.
  • Explore the opportunities of strategic investment for entering in to diversifying business.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of investment projects and to prepare investment reports, including legal and financial status.
  • To prepare Term Sheets for investment projects, mentioning the investment structure, company structure, etc.
  • To coordinate with lawyers, financial companies for carrying out legal & financial due diligence for making investment reports.
  • To prepare and analyze the financial models for investment projects.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree, Master Degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5-10 years of work experience, experienced in Investment Structure
  • Has strong knowledge of Investment and Business
  • Proficiency in English communication and writing (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Having CFA certification is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and good at teamwork.
  • Priority Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess very good command of spoken and written in English (equivalent to B2 level or above) and good command of spoken and written in Mandarin (HSK 4-6) is a plus
