Role Description

We're looking for a 
Marketing Executive
 to join our growing team in 
Sanur, Denpasar, Bali
.

This full-time, on-site role will support the Sales and Marketing Division in day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and client communications

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and digitally savvy, someone who enjoys working on marketing campaigns, producing engaging content, and building brand awareness across multiple channels

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to enhance Indo Property Hub's visibility and strengthen our brand presence in Indonesia's property ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and website blogs aligned with IPH's brand voice
  • Support lead generation activities through digital marketing initiatives and campaign tracking
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and marketing trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.)
  • Provide support for events, partnerships, and client communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Digital Business, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Support roles
  • Familiar with social media management, copywriting, or digital campaigns
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work on-site in Sanur, Denpasar, Bali
  • Experience in real estate or marketing agency is a plus.
