The
Marketing Executive
will play a vital role in developing and executing Atambah's marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales both online and offline. This role involves close collaboration with creative, e-commerce, and operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns, promotional activities, and digital content aligned with Atambah's premium brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, collaborations, and in-store events.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Support collaborations with partner brands, influencers, and event organizers.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, co-branding activities, and influencer campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities and community partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance, sales data, and customer feedback to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1–3 years
    of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
