WE ARE HIRING – Real Estate Consultant

Location: Bali

Our Company is a fast-growing, fully licensed real estate agency with a registered office in Bali. We close deals quickly and train our team through strong guidance from our Head of Sales, helping them compete confidently in both local and international markets.

We are looking for a full-time candidate who is confident, responsible, and ready to grow. After the trial period, you may work hybrid.

If you already have sales skills, that is a big advantage — you only need to continue improving while understanding our company rules. We respect individual differences, as long as everyone follows the same structure and SOP.


Responsibilities
  • Follow up on clients provided by the company
  • Understand client needs (location, budget, purpose)
  • Present property options clearly and professionally
  • Arrange and accompany viewings
  • Assist negotiations until closing
  • Maintain communication and build trust
  • Work closely with the team and Head of Sales

Requirements
  • Some one who already living in Bali or Planning to move in Bali
  • Confident speaking with clients
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to follow SOP
  • Sales experience is a strong advantage
