Kualifikasi:

  1. Gelar Sarjana atau Magister di bidang yang relevan seperti Ilmu Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, Manajemen Informasi, atau Statistik.

  2. Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun dalam Tata Kelola Data, Manajemen Database, Analisis Data, atau peran terkait.

  3. Memahami framework DAMA DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge)

  4. Pengalaman dengan alat Tata Kelola Data dan Platform Manajemen Data seperti Collibra, Informatica, IBM InfoSphere, dll.

  5. Pengalaman dalam mengimplementasikan Kebijakan dan Prosedur Keamanan Data.

  6. Kuat dalam SQL dan penggunaan database seperti Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server.

  7. Familiar dengan perangkat lunak Analisis Data seperti R atau Python.

  8. Pemahaman yang baik tentang regulasi perlindungan data (misalnya GDPR, CCPA) dan standar keamanan informasi (misalnya ISO/IEC 27001 atau

  9. Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan efektif dengan stakeholder di semua tingkat organisasi.

  10. Keterampilan presentasi yang kuat untuk menyajikan temuan dan Strategi Data.

  11. Kemampuan untuk mengelola proyek Tata Kelola Data besar dan mengoordinasikan antara tim lintas fungsional.

  12. Keterampilan dalam memprioritaskan tugas dan jadwal kerja dalam lingkungan yang serba cepat.

  13. Analitis dan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.

  14. Motivasi tinggi, inisiatif sendiri, dan kemampuan adaptasi.

Job Deskripsi:

  1. Menyusun rencana kerja dan anggaran Bagian Tata Kelola Data dalam rangka mencapai target Divisi Enterprise Information System.

  2. Melaksanakan penyusunan dan pembaruan kebijakan Tata Kelola Data (Data Governance) dan Enterprise Information System sesuai dengan kebijakan dan peraturan yang berlaku.

  3. Melaksanakan penyusunan arsitektur data dan struktur Tata Kelola Data di Perusahaan.

  4. Melaksanakan sosialisasi dan monitoring terkait implementasi kebijakan Tata Kelola Data (Data Governance) dan Enterprise Information System.

  5. Melaksanakan fungsi identifikasi dan penyelesaian masalah Tata Kelola Data di Perusahaan.

  6. Menjalin koordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal untuk mendukung fungsi Tata Kelola Data.

  7. Melaporkan progress kinerja secara berkala kepada Kepala Bagian Tata Kelola Data.
