Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and security standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, servers, firewall, VPN, data center, security systems).
  • Ensure network reliability, uptime, and performance across all sites and manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead IT security strategy including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to IT, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Manage IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and control IT budgets, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the IT infrastructure & network team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT governance, network management, or IT infrastructure leadership.
  • Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, IT audit, and compliance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-location network environments (preferably manufacturing or industrial settings).
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
