Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, service quality, and risk management.
  • Manage IT vendors, including contract review, SLA/KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and issue escalation.
  • Track, measure, and report vendor performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Support IT procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in IT Governance, Vendor Management, IT Procurement, or IT Performance Monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of IT contracts, SLA/KPI management, and performance review.
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as
    ITIL, COBIT, VMP, ISO 20000/27001
    are a plus.
  • Experience in the banking/financial sector is an advantage.
