  • Lead and support full-cycle Data Governance, Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Security projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the organization's data catalogue, ensuring accurate data definitions, ownership, and classification.
  • Document and oversee data lineage to ensure visibility and traceability of data across systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating coordination, communication, and alignment of data management initiatives.
  • Conduct awareness sessions, socialization activities, and training related to data governance and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data-related regulations (e.g., personal data protection laws) and integrate regulatory requirements into data governance processes.
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates on Data Governance activities.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Data Management.

  • Experience participating in full-cycle projects in Data Governance, Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Security.
  • Familiarity with Data Catalogs and Data Lineage concepts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to act as a liaison with business units, including delivering awareness sessions and training on data governance practices.
  • Knowledge of data-related regulations (e.g., personal data protection) and ability to ensure compliance in data management practices.
  • Holds certifications related to Data Management.
