Summary

Planet Surf has 60+ stores across Indonesia and is expanding its digital channel. We're looking for a Digital and E-commerce Manager who can run the website, support digital campaigns, and grow online sales. The role suits someone who is hands on and comfortable improving both traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily website operations: product uploads, banners, collections, and campaigns.


• Coordinate with Marketing on digital assets, landing pages, and online promotions.


• Improve conversion through bundles, upsells, vouchers, and checkout optimisation.


• Implement basic SEO improvements and work with IT on UX/UI fixes.


• Track key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rate.


• Support order, return, and refund processes with clear SOPs.


• Help identify and onboard new partner brands when needed.

• Monthly website revenue


• Conversion rate


• Traffic quality and retention

Requirements


• 3–5 years of e-commerce experience, ideally in retail or fashion.


• Solid Shopify skills and confidence with analytics tools.


• Good understanding of customer journeys and conversion.


• Able to work across Marketing, Operations, and IT.


• Independent and proactive.

Growth Path

You will lead the current e-commerce team and grow the function over time.
