Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Enhancing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online channels.

  • Handling order management processes, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Utilizing Google Ads effectively to target potential customers and improve conversion rates.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a Diploma in a relevant field and between 1 to 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.

Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, and proficiency in order management systems. Experience with Google Ads is also highly valued.
