Division Head of Funding & Investment Product – State-Owned Bank

Join a well-established and growing state-owned bank in Indonesia, known for its strategic transformation and national impact. We are looking for a Division Head – Funding & Investment Product to lead the development and execution of funding strategies and innovative financial products that drive business growth and financial sustainability.

Location: Jakarta (Work from Office)

Hiring Timeline: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funding Strategy & Liquidity Optimization – Develop and implement corporate and retail funding strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and financial growth.

  • Product Development & DPK Growth – Lead the design and management of banking, corporate, and wealth management products to increase third-party funds (DPK).

  • Business Planning & Execution – Set business targets and translate them into actionable marketing and sales programs.

  • Team Leadership & Performance Culture – Manage and guide a high-performing team, fostering a result-oriented and accountable work culture.

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HNWIs, and institutional partners to ensure sustainable funding sources.

  • Compliance & Governance – Ensure all funding activities align with internal policies and comply with regulatory requirements from banking authorities.

  • Risk Management – Oversee risk mitigation strategies in funding and investment operations to ensure secure and compliant transactions.

  • Strategic Business Planning – Provide input and lead the preparation of business development plans as part of the Bank's Work Plan submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Team Scope:

Oversee the following key units under the Funding & Investment Product Division:

  • Product & Program Development – Responsible for designing and enhancing funding and investment products tailored to evolving market needs.

  • Corporate Banking, Sales & Activation – Drive corporate funding strategies and activation programs to grow institutional client contributions.

  • Wealth Management – Lead initiatives to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) through competitive investment offerings and relationship excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the banking or financial industry, with expertise in funding or wealth management, and at least 3 years in a senior managerial position.

Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of banking products, particularly savings, deposits, and investment offerings; solid financial analysis skills.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to engage both internal teams and external partners.

Strategic Thinking: Sharp business acumen with a strong results-oriented mindset.
