Division Head of Human Capital – State-Owned Bank 

Join a well-established and growing state-owned bank in Indonesia, known for its strategic transformation and national impact. We are looking for a Division Head – Human Capital to lead and align people strategies with corporate growth, culture, and performance transformation.

Location: Jakarta (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Capital Strategy & Planning – Design and implement HC strategies aligned with short- and long-term corporate goals, driving agility, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Performance & Talent Management – Build a measurable, objective performance system and oversee talent pipeline development, including succession planning and high-potential identification.
  • HRIS & Data-Driven Decision Making – Lead the integration of an accurate, centralized HR information system to improve analytics and operational efficiency.
  • Policy Development & Industrial Relations – Update HR policies to meet evolving regulations and business needs, while maintaining strong labor relations and compliance.
  • Organization Design & Workforce Planning – Structure agile and scalable teams, including job grading, role design, and manpower planning.
  • Culture & Employee Experience – Cultivate a positive, performance-driven, and future-ready work culture in alignment with corporate values.
  • HC Operations & Service Delivery – Ensure timely hiring, SLA-driven service standards, and smooth execution of compensation & benefits frameworks.
  • Learning & Development – Lead impactful training programs that support individual career growth and business needs.

Team Scope:

  • Oversee 5 departments and 1 HCBP unit within the Human Capital Division, totaling 38 employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Human Capital, preferably in banking, financial services, or multinational enterprises.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor law and HR compliance in Indonesia.
  • Technical Know-How: Solid grasp of talent management systems, HC strategy frameworks, performance measurement, and succession planning.
