Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran kegiatan operasional harian tim Engineering.

  • Mengatur jadwal kerja serta membagi tugas dan kegiatan tim.

  • Memonitor, memeriksa, dan memastikan hasil kerja tim Engineering serta vendor interior sesuai standar.

  • Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah atau keluhan di unit apartemen (Mekanikal, Elektrikal, Plumbing, Sipil).
  • Melakukan pengecekan dan pemeriksaan terhadap perbaikan defect unit/interior apartemen.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor interior dan pihak Building Management terkait pekerjaan teknis dan perbaikan.
  • Melakukan dokumentasi pekerjaan interior unit apartemen.
  • Menyusun dan mematuhi SOP yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan Engineering dan proses interior.
  • Menyusun laporan mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan divisi Engineering kepada Manajemen.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang Building Maintenance (terutama apartemen).
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman memimpin tim.
  • Menguasai sistem Mekanikal, Elektrikal (instalasi/pembagian listrik), Plumbing (jalur pipa), dan Sipil minor (plafon, dinding).
  • Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja sama dengan divisi lain secara efektif.
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift, termasuk hari Minggu dan hari libur.
  • Usia 27–35 tahun.
  • Penempatan: Cikarang/Cibatu – Jawa Barat.
