POSISI: JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (F&B)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
● Menganalisa & mengembangkan strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan jumlah customer & area penjualannya
● Meningkatkan jumlah customer / channel Horeca
● Memenuhi target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
● Memonitor & mengkoordinir aktifitas Sales/Channel
● Mampu memimpin, bertanggung jawab, & mengembangkan kinerja Team Sales/Channel
● Mampu berkomunikasi dengan Partner/Channel untuk menjalin Kerjasama dengan baik
Kualifikasi :
● Pendidikan D3 (Diploma) / S1 semua jurusan
● Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Sales/Key Account dibidang F&B / Horeca
● Memiliki kemampuan Komunikasi, Analisa, Problem solving & Negosiasi yang baik
● Memiliki pengetahuan yang luas mengenai Modern Channel, Tradisional Channel & Strategi Penjualan
● Memiliki kemampuan dalam bernegosiasi dan berkomunikasi yang baik
● Mampu berbahasa English menjadi nilai tambah
● Memiliki jiwa Pemimpin, integritas, dinamis, & loyalitas yang tinggi
● Mampu mengoperasikan komputer min. Ms. Office
● Sanggup bekerja dengan baik dalam target waktu yang ditentukan
● Memiliki daya juang yang tinggi untuk mencapai target
● Mampu tampil sebagai pribadi yang enerjik, menyenangkan, serta persuasive dalam bernegosiasi
● Mampu membangun dan mempertahankan relasi baik dengan pelanggan baru maupun lama
● Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan juga secara tim
● Pernah bekerja di perusahaan Korea, lebih disukai
- Bisa berkomunikasi Bahasa Korea, lebih disukai
