WE'RE HIRING ON-CAMERA CONTENT CREATOR + EDITOR


Location: Canggu, Bali (with Lots of Travel) Pay: 18M–30M IDR / Month


ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a fun, confident, creative human who LOVES being in front of the camera, can whip up engaging content, and can edit like a pro using some of the best AI tools in the world.


You'll be the FACE of our content:

  • Interviews
  • How-to videos
  • Short-form content
  • Travel shoots
  • Creative brand storytelling

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: 18,000,000 IDR / month
  • KPI Bonuses: Simple audience growth & engagement
  • Earning Potential: 25M–30M IDR/month after a few months
  • Travel: Domestic + International
  • Schedule: Very flexible, low contractual hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the on-camera personality for our brand & clients
  • Film TikToks, Reels, interviews, how-to videos
  • Edit using top AI tools + your own creative style
  • Develop scripts, hooks, and content ideas
  • Travel for shoots and client work
  • Help grow our audiences across platforms

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Confident + charismatic in front of the camera
  • Solid content creation + editing skills
  • Understands trends, hooks, pacing & storytelling
  • Ready for LOTS of travel
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required)

  • UGC-style content
  • Interviewing or hosting experience
  • Graphic or motion design
  • Paid ads knowledge
