Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, articles, reels, TikTok, etc.) for social media, website, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with campaigns and brand identity.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy for campaigns.
  • Edit and optimize content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing staff to ensure cohesive output.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in content creation is an advantage.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is an advantage.
