About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer (Administration) to join our dynamic team at PT Secom Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales engineer in the South Jakarta area. As a Sales Engineer (Administration), you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our sales engineer team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and maintain product information & administrative support for Sales Engineers
  • Assist in training program documentation & coordination with principals
  • Support the preparation of e-learning materials, proposal templates, and sales tools
  • Assist system planning and estimation documentation processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or sales support role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
