Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Membangun relasi & membantu klien-klien mencapai keamanan finansial melalui program konsultasi gratis dan produk-produk perencanaan keuangan yang sesuai.
  • Mengembangkan portofolio klien dengan kreativitas & digital tools (media sosial, networking).
  • Merancang solusi keuangan yang relevan & impactful sesuai kebutuhan klien.

Kualifikasi Umum:

  • Minimal D3 & pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun - mandatory (is a must)

Kualifikasi Utama:

- Berpengalaman dalam Customer Pipeline Management

  • Mampu membangun dan mengelola
    sales funnel
    dari prospek awal hingga closing.
  • Memahami tahapan customer journey & terbiasa menggunakan tools pipeline.

- Ahli dalam Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Terbukti mampu menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien dan meningkatkan
    customer retention.
  • Memiliki pengalaman mengelola database klien dengan sistem CRM misal sistem internal dan berpengalaman dalam
    follow-up strategy

    after-sales service.
