We're Hiring: HCM Functional Consultant Staff

IFT is a technology-oriented group of companies that aims to build a "digital society that leaves no one behind."

We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HCM Functional Consultant to support our HR system implementations and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals.
  • Configure and implement HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment, and other related components.
  • Support system testing, UAT, issue troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
  • Recommend best practices to optimize HR workflows and improve system performance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Conduct user training sessions and deliver post-implementation support.
  • Develop, customize, and enhance HRIS features based on business needs.
  • Perform regular HRIS maintenance, monitoring system stability, data accuracy, and integration performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address system bugs, module enhancements, API integrations, and other HRIS technical matters.
  • Assist in data migration, validation, and system configuration management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in HRIS/HCM implementation, HR technology, or related roles (internship experience is welcomed).
  • Experience in HRIS development, configuration, maintenance, or supporting technical aspects of HR systems.
  • Familiarity with HCM/HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Talenta, or similar) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer literate (active or passive) and comfortable working with various HR systems, digital tools, and data sets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
