- Lead the configuration and design and of Oracle HCM Cloud according to the business requirements.
- Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders to solicit feedback and buy-in
- Lead requirements, and in particular Reporting and Integration, design, and development through to production.
- Obtain and maintain your expert knowledge and understanding of the latest product offerings and the benefits it can bring to the current landscape.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the HR community, including managing communications between business stakeholders and tech teams.
- 5+ years’ experience as a functional lead with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably with at least 2 end to end implementation.
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills
- Prior Human Resources operations experience is preferred, in Core HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Rewards.
- Have worked on Oracle HCM Cloud fusion or alternatively one of major HR cloud technologies - Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
